I founded Nexus Bridge because small business owners in the tri-state deserve better than what the industry typically offers. Too many owners sell for less than they should — not because their businesses aren't great, but because they didn't have the right advisor in their corner at the right time.
Before starting Nexus Bridge, I spent 20+ years owning and operating independent food and beverage distribution businesses across NJ and NY. I've been on both sides of the table — as the owner building a route business and as the buyer evaluating whether a deal pencils out. That experience shapes how I approach every valuation conversation.
